Strata CTX at the Desktop
Toshiba Digital Key Telephones (DKT) are available in 2 distinct styles
with a wide choice of functionality, from the low cost digital handset
to the more sophisticated 14 key feature phone with a large LCD which
provides full on screen prompts for voice mail operation and other applications.
All Toshiba Digital Telephones, including the 0 key phone, have Message
Waiting Indication, Microphone Speaker, Speed Dial, Redial, Conference/Tranfer,
Hold, and Volume Control. The 10, 14, 20, 22, and 34 key handsets are
available with or without LCD display. Handsets in the 3500 series also
feature an LED which flashes red for external and green for internal calls
when the phone is ringing-a useful feature in a busy office environment.
Ease of Operation
All Toshiba LCD handsets feature easy to read prompts to make accessing
and using system features easy and simple. This means that users fully
utilise Strata CTX system features for maximum benefit. Frequently used
functions can be programmed under the flexible keys by the user, allowing
users to perform a sequence of operations at the touch of just one button.
All
voice processing and call centre operations can be managed easily
using the Toshiba DKT handsets.
Toshiba handsets can also be equipped to provide a USB interface port
for individual user CTI applications. |

Smart Features
Toshiba DKT handsets give users access to a vast array of system features
and functions. For example:
o Users can access the call history on their Toshiba DKT phone
in the same manner as a mobile phone. This easy navigation makes it simple
to see the calls most recently made and received.
o Distinctive ringing patterns can be assigned by users to external
or internal calls, or even to calls from a high priority source. Up to
10 ringing patterns can be assigned by users.
o Call forwarding can be set up remotely, so if a user has forgotten
to forward their calls when out of the office, they can still redirect
calls totheir mobile or other phone.
Future Proof Technology
All previous Toshiba DKT telephone handsets will operate with Strata CTX,
so if you are upgrading from a previous Toshiba system your existing Toshiba
DKT handsets should be compatible.
