CAI membership ensures full compliance with the CAI. Codes of Practice regarding TV and Satellite Distribution systems installations. Ensuring that only approved materials supplied and installed by competent and trained personnel and whose work practices are regularly monitored and inspected by the CAI personnel

The CSCS scheme assures our clients, that our operatives' skills have been validated against national standards having the required knowledge and skills to operate safely on site. At present MGA engineering staff are registered with CSCS and procedures have been put in place to enable accreditation of all our employees. In our business, safety and workmanship are paramount and we believe that our membership provides powerful evidence of this.

Telecom Product Training

All MGA telecom engineers have undergone full and in-depth technical training by our major telecom manufactures, Toshiba and DeTeWe. The company's technical training is constantly reviewed to ensure full compliance of our technical resource under ISO9002 certification.

Sales & Marketing and Office staff undergo specific product training prior to launch of new systems, system upgrades, CTI related products etc.

Coupled with the need to be aligned with major equipment manufactures, company policy requires it's staff are provided with training on a whole range of products ranging from CCTV, Access Control, TV Distribution, Sound Reinforcement and our Patient Call systems etc.
